1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on Wellness Tools Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Business accounts may only be registered by authorised representatives of a legal entity. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to purchase the items in your shopping cart.
3. Products & Ordering
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold. Product images are for reference only — specifications may vary. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected region and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Wellness Tools Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been used or whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on each product page. Warranty claims must be submitted through our returns centre. We act as the intermediary for warranty claims — final decisions rest with the manufacturer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wellness Tools Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased here. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including product images, descriptions, branding, and software — is the property of Wellness Tools Hub or its content suppliers. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of last revision is shown below.
